Product data separation

Hi SAP,

We are importing a product data file that has "products" and "recipes". As we would like to use Predict feature - product recommendations, we would like to split that data, so our users get recommendations separately for recipes and separately for products.

Using reusable block with several products in VCE, we get mixed content for recommendations as "view" command from WebExtend is collecting everything what user has seen.

Could you please provide us solution or suggestion how could we achieve our requirements?

There are two different methods of achieving this scenario: you can use the email recommender logic "Mail category" and restrict the recommendations to a specific product category, "recipe" or "product". The second method would be to use Personalization Rules and apply the same kind of restriction.
