Product / Brand Missing Description in Hybris Marketing

Dear Experts,

I ask for your help regarding an issue i am facing with some missing information in HM tables. I have same issue not only with Product description information, but also with Brand description, but not for all the items, only for some. I already check in the standard SAP Materials tables from where this information is taken, and all the products have their description in R3 system.

I am working with Hybris Marketing, on-premise V1702

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi, are you 100% confident that you actually loaded the data?

Maybe the data source is missing the language you are looking for or the description in general.

If some descriptions are available and others are not, this is very likely the root cause.
