Proceed to deploy phase disabled in marketing cloud

Hi Expert,

We have requested the production system and have got it from sap . As per the on boarding guide , we have to click on proceed to deploy phase to transfer the initial configuration from test to marketing production system . For me this button is coming as disabled in the system . For me set status button and all enabled . I dont have business role access so can't see if any roles is causing the issue . Any suggestions .

Need help urgently .

How did you solve this? I have the same problem. All settings have been confirmed but 'run to deploy phase' button is disabled.

Hi rashmiranjan.behera ,

I just realized what the problem was. I set to 'confirmed' only application area 'marketing'.

We need to set everything as confirmed, even those application areas we have not worked with (example: finance, etc).

Now I was able to click button run to deply phase.
