Problems with Link image filter saving in Content Studio

Dear experts,

I request again your help, this time i am facing an issue related to the link's image filter saving process. I am working in Content Studio - HM On-premise V1702.

When i add an image and add the information related with the Interest and more detail loaded in the Link Properties area everything seems to be ok. Then i save it and when i check in order to release the email any error is showed up.

After this verification i want to see the image link detail that previously I added and i can not see it anymore, it seems that it had dissapeard.

I appreciate any help you could provided regarding this subject.

Hi,

Are you on an onpremise system?

Then you should check the patch level of the SAP_UI component. I had similar issues and patching the UI component helped.

2493450 - ABAP SAPUI5 1.44 release

Clear the browser cache and please see 2227577 - Recalculation of the SAPUI5 Application Index for details on clearing caches.
