Problemas sincronización SAP Hybris C4C con Google

Buenos días

Hemos implantado SAP Hybris C4C e integrado con Google. Estamos teniendo muchos problemas con la sincronización ya que en numerosas ocasiones o la sincronización tarda mucho, o da error (cleanupScope failed,...) , la extensión de google Chrome al iniciar la sesión se queda en espera.. No sé si es un tema generalizado, o si ha funcionado bien en otras implantaciones de C4C,.. Estamos usando toda la sincronización de Tareas, Calendario, Contactos,..

We have implemented SAP Hybris C4C and integrated with Google. We are having a lot of problems with synchronization since on many occasions or the synchronization takes a long time, or gives an error (cleanupScope failed, ...), the Google Chrome extension at the beginning of the session remains on hold .. I do not know if it is a generalized theme, or if it has worked well in other implementations of C4C, .. We are using all the synchronization of Tasks, Calendar, Contacts, ..

If this is an error you can replicate and the C4C to Google integration is a standard functionality, I would suggest you use the official support channels to get a solution.

Dear Raul,

I assume that you are trying to setup Server Side Integration for Gmail, since such issues have to be checked extensively, i would suggest you to kindly report an incident to SAP with all adequate information.
