Problem with SOAP Class while sending IDocs to HCI

Halle Experts,

I know that there are already a few questions regarding this subject, but I don't think that any of them covers our case.

We have setup a connection between SAP ECC- HCI- C4C. For sales orders the integration is working sometime, and other times it's not working. When the integration works the IDocs are created and they are then replicated correctly to C4C. Other times we get the following errors in SAP ECC:

The IDocs have status '02' are they are not sent to the HCI.

The colleagues have done an ICM trace and there they see the following:

"Thu Dec 10 13:14:07:054 2020

[Thr 140736033388288] *** ERROR => IcmConnInitClientSSL: Proxy

connection to https://xyz-iflmap.hcisbp.eu2.hana.ondemand.com:443

via xyz:80

failed (proxy returned 407 Proxy Authentication Required) {0025344b}

{root-id=005056881B0B1EEB8ED80B509EAE5425} [icxxconn.c 2136]"

I have also checked the Connection in SM59. Die proxy user and password are saved there.

I find it strange that we get this errors only sometimes.

Any suggestions how this problem could be solved would be very welcome.

Best regards,

Danijel

Hello macarena.rodriguez,

This error is generic(SOAP Class with status 02) , but when you go into detail - you can check the actual error message in the details. Mostly these errors occur due to temporary issues between your on-premise system - firewall - CPI system and when restarted the error disappears. While finding the rootcause and avoiding it needs an incident to be raised with SAP - you can use the report RBDAGAIN which can be scheduled in defined intervals. This report will reprocess the failed idocs with status 02 and most of them gets reprocessed successfully. If it is static error message on all outgoing messages - then create an incident to SAP.
