Problem with Epson Printer

Hi there

we are faceing issues with CCO FP08 PL16 and Epson printers. CCO is running in table mode with 5 connected printers. All printers work fine, but from time to time this error occurs - then this printer "is lost" for the specific CCO, other CCOs can still print on the printer. Only a restart of CCO solves this problem. The printer itself shows no error, if you restart the printer the issue is not fixed. This not only happens with this specific printer, but from time to time with one of the others too. I am clueless what causes this and hope for fast help here in the community (maybe international help, because in germany we have a holiday 😛 ) Thank you in advance!

Hi Arne

Maybe you have also installed this printer a windows printer as well? In the past I had similar issues and the cause was that windows "took over" the printer from time to time.

Also the other way round and using the Epson printers by FOP could be a solution.

Best Regards

Klaus
