Problem with Backup SAP Customer Checkout

Hello.

I would really appreciate if you could help me with this topic

When starting the backup on the POS of SAP Customer Checkout, it stops and skips a message in cmd indicating the following:

Java root directory is set to C:program files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\Commom\sapjvm_8 (using JAVA_HOME env variable)

The system can not find the path specified

In the POS I have a folder configured in the Technical tab within C

Hey Carlos,

I think you have to change the path to include one more subfolder if you use the standard SAP JVM, see my example: C:\Program Files\Java\sapjvm_8\jre

Also, I guess this is a typo, in the URL you wrote in your question a \ is missing after the C:
