Problem to login backoffice after upgrade to 1905.15

Can login and use BO initially, but for a while (not sure how long) it's not working. Meet this error when trying to login.

After restart, can login again, did the F4 and reset yesterday. Looks good after that. But this morning after use for a while have the same problem again. Deploy it in another server and my local. That's working so far after F4 and reset yesterday. Anyone seen this as well?

When use 1905.12, Didn't have the issue.

When doing BO F4 reset, met this out of service dialog.

In 1905.14, there was a backoffice bug, which caused performance issue. They fixed it in 1905.15, but I guess it still has some performance issue or some negative side effect.
