Problem on migrating business partner relationship

Dear experts,

I'm trying to migrate business partner relationships with the tool but I have no option to migrate relationships, only customer data.

I looked for an answer and I found this post in this blog (https://answers.sap.com/questions/264113/sap-hybris-c4c-migrate-business-partners-relations.html)
Based on that, while editing the project scope and navigating to Country > Implementation > Scoping > Questions and then, Built-in Services and Support > Business Configuration > Data Migration, I should be able to modify the questions. However, I only have this Business Option:

I don't have the other options shown in the post I wrote above, specifically "Do you want to migrate Business Partner Relationships?" which is the one I need to do the migration.

Dear Kenji,

As the migration tool is going into sunset, some activities were disabled if they were not scoped before 1811.
The Data Workbench is the tool replacing the Data Migration tool, and the object for Business Partner Relationships is available in there.

Please make use of Data Workbench to perform this data import.
