Printing receipts with windows printer

Receipts , we have them setup as windows printers and the receipt appears to be slightly off centre. The logo does not seem to adjust to the correct size (What is the optimal size to use?) the header txt is not displaying all txt.

Are the standard windows printers the best to use or would you recommend the JPOS receipts?

I have tried configuring the JPOS receipts however unable to get the "SetUpPOS" to run correctly to start the configuration following "EKT_10_CCO_Hardware_Installation_Epson_TM-88V_DONE.pdf"

We have used either Windows or EPSON OPOS.

Do you have any quick solution for this receipt it appears to be missing 2 characters from the left hand side of the receipt?
