Print preview working but print not working in Service request for IC Webclient

Hi

In IC Webclient, for service request, the print preview is working(i.e. A smart form opens and we are able to print the doc.) but when trying to click on print, it gives the information message "No action is available for scheduling".

Its done through custom action profile. Do we need Do we need multiple action definition for Print and print preview?

Please suggest

In relation to the error your facing have you considered checking the FAQ note:

670544 - FAQ: Actions

In case your issue doesn't get resolved then please provide your current release
