Print External ID of Business Partner on Adobe Form

Dear all,

I am trying to add the external ID to the adobe form in Adobe Lifecycle Designer. This in on the ticket summary in SAP Hybris C4C.

Now, I tried many ID fields but none of them returned me the correct value. Only the C4C internal ID is available on the form.

Who can help me out and show me which field is mapped to the External ID?

Dont know if you already solved it or not, but external ID is not maintained directly on the object. We need to query the ID Mapping table (

ObjectIdentifierMapping BO) for this.
