Print a foreign-language name for the article

Dear Team,

We are using SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP08 PL08 and wanted to know how to print the Foreign Name which is there in SAP Business One 9.3 PL 11 Item Master Data in the JPOS print in the Receipt. We are using Sales Receipt POS Printer with Standard SalesReceiptPrintTemplateJPOS.ftl

We already activated the "Print a foreign-language name for the article" as ON under the Hardware > Receipt but still in the print out the Foreign Name does not get printed for along with the Item Description.

Hello Kawish,

To print the foreign name of the article in the receipt, it is necessary to use the printer type JPOS_IMG and also use the templates that are marked with the character string "80mm".
