Pricing failed, no receiver system. Check communication arrangement in C4C

Hello Experts,

We have successfully replicated contracts from ECC to C4C , Now when we update a Contract in C4C it needs to be replicated to ECC(synchronous flow) Via CPI

We are using a Standard Iflow for both(C4C channel - SOAP Adapter, ECC- IDOC)

In C4C we used a scenario "Replication of contracts from and to SAP Business Suite" and created a Communication arrangement using authentication for Outbound(user id & Password of CPI)

Now when I update the contract , I am getting the below error.

Is this really a Communication Arrangement problem Or any pricing problem?

Could you please help me move further?

Any leads are appreciated?

Hi vinaykumardigaveedi,

The issue could have been due to duplicate Communication arrangements created for the Pricing of contracts.
Refer below KBA which might help

Replication of contracts from and to SAP Business Suite are Asynchronous interfaces.
Pricing call is an asynchronous call to ERP. Check your other communication arrangements.
