Prices or price lists which are only valid for a period of time?

Hello,

Can you configure prices or price lists in SAP Customer Checkout which are only applied for a set period of time (e.g. from January 1st to January 7th)? Would it be possible to have only these prices and price lists be visible in the POS system in this period?

Hello,
The answer really depends if you are using SAP Customer Checkout standalone or integrated with SAP ERP system and which system.

Standalone:
We support multiple pricelist. We do not support time dependent price list. Default Pricelist is picked-up. But if you will change the default pricelist centrally in SAP Customer Checkout manager(on 1st Jan and back to old one on 7th) then it can take the new default pricelist. We support date, time, date-time dependent discounts.

Integrated with ByD
Here you can decide to use the materials/prices from SAP Customer Checkout manager. Then it is similar to standalone mode. But if you want to fetch materials and prices from ByD, then we only support 1 Pricelist.

Integrated with B1
Multiple prices are supported. Customer Special price, Period Volume Prices, Multiple discounts - all are supported.

Integrated with S/4
Here the data comes from S/$ into SAP Customer Checkout manager. So we support same functionality like in standalone mode.
