Prevent visit note and summaries from being synced to Outlook

Dear expertes,

is it possible to synchronize visits with MS Outlook but to avoid that visit notes and visit attachments are synced from C4C to Outlook?

Otherwise the following could happen :

1) sales rep creates a visit in C4C.

2) The visit is synced to Outlook.

3) sales rep forwards the visit to invite the customer

4) sales rep makes internal notes in C4C during the visit, creates his summary and completes the visit.

5) notes and visits are send back to Outlook and the update is also send to the customer

--> customer has the internal notes and the visit summary of the sales rep in his Outlook calendar.

I found the possibility to prevent attachments from being synced from Outlook to C4C but not in the other direction...
