Predictive Studio - Model Training failed

Dear Experts,

I want to create a Predictive Model in the SAP Marketing Cloud using the scenario consumer buying propensity.

I created the model and added a new model fit.

When I try to train the model ("start model training") I get an error message "model training failed".

There's no further information in the system regarding the issue.

The only thing is the message in the console.

Has anyone ever had that problem and knows how to deal with?

Hi Tobias,

I am able to resolve this issue by following below mentioned steps:

Please make sure that the following 2 roles be assigned to 'SAP<sid>' user (HANA user):

'AFL__SYS_AFL_APL_AREA_EXECUTE'

'AFLPM_CREATOR_ERASER_EXECUTE'

Usually, this should be done via Initial technical configuration.

You can find error message in application log (Transaction: slg1), with object = 'CUAN', sub-object = 'CUAN_CPRED'

thanks for the answer. Good to know that there's a solution for on-prem.

But unfortunately my error occured in the Marketing Cloud, so I have no access to the HANA-Users.
