Pre Populate text field value in C4S text field

Hi All,

We have a requirement , in which we want to add customer field with will always gets defaulted to certain value e.g "Welcome"

which should get overwrite by user with some comments ? Is this possible using standard config in C4S

When you create a new KUT field , you have an option to configure the Default Value for the field as shown below:

Yes in Standard C4C , you only have the option of using Tool tip functionality, but not the placeholder attribute(Specifies a short hint that describes the expected value of the input field) which will show the text
