As per SAP Note 2473932, PRCD_ELEMENTS is in the Mandatory list of SLT for CARAB 4.0.
We use PMR and POS functionality in CAR. However, PRCD_ELEMENTS table is active in S4HANA system but isnot an Active table in CAR.
Please help me to understand what is the use of this table in CAR system and why it is in the mandatory replication list for CAR
