Possibility to add interaction product in abandoned cart email

Hi All,

Abandoned cart emails pick data from product master ignoring what we receive in the abandoned cart if it find matching product in product master.

We are having a requirement that abandoned cart email should pick product data(product navigation URL) from abandoned cart interaction instead from the product master, is there a way to do that?

I cant find interaction product option in abandoned cart, it has only product master.

Hi sajin_poil. From the test you did, you have no way to do that with the default integration.

Work around:

1. Create a custom field in the Marketing: Product business context (Custom Fields and Logic app).
2. Enable the custom field in the UIs and Reports tab and in the OData APIs tab (while you're creating the custom field).
3. Publish, test and transport to PROD.
4. Send the URL in that new custom field in the Commerce API call to Marketing.
5. Use the custom field in the content studio to populate the URL.
