Hi everybody, we are trying to integrate sales data from C4C system to our SAP Marketing Cloud. Accounts can have 1:n relationship to several sales orgs (and a next step would be territory data) and we would like to use this information for segmentation in SAP Marketing Cloud. As we couldn't see any scenario in the standard integration we are thinking about using custom fields objects to make this information available. Did you face a similar scenario or do you know how to resolve this requirement?
Thanks,
Florian

Hi Florian
as per my knowledge indeed this is currently not supported. You could map the sales organizations to the marketing area's if that is applicable to your client. In that case you can extend the existing flow to add multiple marketing area's to the same interaction contact.
A custom field creation for territory is technical possible. However, I believe that you won't be able to create a hierarchy between your marketing area's and your territories. Therefore I have created the following influence ID a while ago: 260213.
If anyone has other options, I am very intersted in the proposed solutions as wellç
