Dear GRC Experts
During the configuration of GRC 12.0 Policy Management , i have encountered an issue as below which is impacting the business operations.
Issue:
As per the requirement ,
1) Policy administrator creates the Policy and submits for review to the next level agent . WORKING
2) The workflow is initiated and notification goes to Reviewer's Work Inbox. WORKING
3) Policy Reviewer , reviews the policy and update the comments and want to send it back to the administrator for rework . The work inbox items status is changed as RESERVED but there is no notification that goes to POLICY OWNER / POLICY ADMINSTRATOR for rework. FUNCTIONALITY MISSING IN STANDARD WORKFLOW.
Appreciate any advice on the same so that the policy owner is notified when the policy is send for rework on Reviewer stage
