PMD Patient details are not Shown

Hello All ,

i have an issue Regarding PMD of the ish Module

i have created the pmd on generator version 2 and the layout runs fine and it saves the

document as well But i want the pmd to show the patient details like (NAME , ID ,

Birthdate ) by default when i select the patient

So when i start the pmd i need the patiënt information shown

is that applicable and if its applicable

how can i do it ?
