Hi,
One of your administrators can send a TFA Reset Email to another administrator.
Please refer Product documentation about Admin Actions.
"Send TFA Reset Email - send the administrator a TFA reset email. Once the user clicks the link, they are able to reset their TFA device. Use this to allow the admin to add a new device or change the authentication method assigned to the current device.".
