Hi experts,
Since we have over 20 service locations, we have a multiple of 20 e-mailtemplates to maintain in order to send our customer a mail with the right contact details in the footer.
Therefore I am looking for a way to solve this with placeholders which contains the contact details of the serviceteam which takes care of that specific ticket.
Currently (1805) there are a lot placeholders, but not the one I am looking for.
I have managed to add fields with this information to our ticket object by using KUT, but those fields won't appear as a placeholder.
Could you please advise how to solve this?
