Picking up Team members's Tasks when out of office

We are not able to see members' tasks in Activities to complete tasks on their behalf except to pull reports in C4C. How can we change this so Team members are able to view and finish work on behalf of others

Keshav....you literally cut-and-pasted the EXACT documentation that was referred to in the very first answer/post that was a good hour or so before you posted. You did nothing but create "noise" on this post. I appreciate you trying to be helpful, but please read previous answers and do not duplicate.

Please refer to Employee Delegates to understand / check the configuration in your system . if you are facing an error for the same , please share relevant screen shot of the error that you are facing so that we can assist on it.
