Everyone, I have a case in the production environment where, when trying to perform the same scenario in the quality environment, I am unsuccessful in performing the analysis, and upon checking, the configurations appear to be the same.
The case is as follows:
I have a pallet with 100 kg, but the production request was for 80 kg. In this case, to avoid having to break down the pallet, the operator takes it as a whole, and the system requests the entry of the exception code "DIFS" so that a greater quantity than requested can be taken.
With the exception code entered, the quantity is changed to 100 kg; however, the shipment comes with a red status light complaining of "Excessive Picking," and this action is only corrected if a process code is used via desktop. The desired outcome is for the exception code to handle this entire process automatically.
