Phone numbers are not clickable in C4C Mobile app

Dear Experts,

before the latest release (1911) in the C4C Mobile app the phone numbers (in Accounts and Contacts details) were clickable and if you click on the number the phone started calling it - and made a Phone call activity after you hang up. Now I can't click on it and can't find how to make it clickable again. Could somebody help me on this?
