Phone call survey results C4C

Hello experts.

I been trying to make a report that shows the information filled in a survey on a phone call activity, but the system does not have a data source with this infomation, there is the survey answers data source(ID FNDQREVQVB) but this one does not have the name of the call or the customer name and this is necesary to our analysis. then i tryed to create a join data source with the survey answers data source(ID FNDQREVQVB) and the phone call data source (ID CODPCAHB) but the system doesn´t allow this union. if anyone knows a way to create a data source that has this information i would really apreciated.

Define your own data source: left outer join Phone call CODPCAHB and Survey Answer FNDQREVQVB

Create the join with characteristics Phone Call and Document UUID. Remove the line that holds just the Document UUID.
