Phone Call Activity Synchronization between C4C&GMail

Can the phone call activity be synchronized between C4C and Gmail? I can't see the phone call activity from the object list as in attached screen. If its possible, is there any prerequisite in order to synchronize phone calls such as CTI integration?

Hi Mertkan,

A phone activity can not be synchronized. Only e-mails, appointments, visits and tasks are synchronized between C4C and mail add in's.
