Hi Experts,
I have a table view(BP_DATA/AccountContactsOV View) which is part of an overview page(BP_HEAD). The personalization for this view doesnt work. Even 'Reset to Default' doesn't work. No matter what changes I do in the Personalize popup, it remains unchanged in the UI.
After searching in other posts here, I did the following :
1. I checked in WCF_CC t-code for UI Personalization and it showed - 'Error during check of component BP_DATA view AccountContactsOV' . It doesnt give any explanations
2. I checked in WCF_CC for other checks and they all turned out to have no errors
3. I went to the report - BSP_DLC_DELETE_PERSONALIZATION and deleted all personalizations for my user ID for this component and view.
4. I re-checked in WCF_CC and no error came when checking for UI Personalization
5. I re logged into the Web UI and tried creating personalization from scratch and it didn't work.
I even referred the notes - 2003599,1980775 and 1955635 and did whatever was suggested in them. All in vain.
Is there any other course of action that I can take?
Kindly help.
Regards,
Nisha

Hi Lisa,
following up on what Glenn said, maybe you already have the user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMENT = A set for your user?
The side effect of this parameter is that no personalization is loadad and the personalization can not be changed or created while it is acitve.
Best Regards,
Christoph

Does the personalization you see match the configuration?
Is this happening in a custom business role or all roles i.e. Salespro delivered role
If you turn off the enhancements in SU3 (set WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT = A ) do you then see the default configuration. If yes here, then some specific enhancement in your system is most likely causing the issue.
