Hi,
How is the person responsible list for Business Task Management items of type 'Incident' and 'Workflow Notification exec log' determined. How can I change the determination?

Hi Anil,
Notifications are sent to the incident Contacts when a support incident is updated by SAP.
Please see KBA "2497370 - How to Scope Email Notifications in C4C for Support Incidents".
