Permissions to re-post a receipt

Good day

I'm looking for a way that a non-admin user in Bcc can retransmit or re-post without being prompted by the admin user. I already checked the permissions and I do not find what the option would be on the SAP page, it is not specified that it is to re-account it comes very general Can someone guide me please

Hi Mara,

In Order to give a regular user the permission to Repost receipts you have to add the permission for the user in the “Customer Checkout Manager”:

0. Login to the Customer Checkout Manager

1. Click on “Users”

2. then (select the desired user from the left side).

3. Open the Permissions tab.

4. Click on “Edit” on the bottom right.

5. And change the value at “Modify receipts” on “Allowed” to “Yes”.

6. Then confirm this change with a click on “Save” on the bottom right.

7. Login to the POS System with an Admin.

8. Perform a User Synchronization:

• 8.1. Click on “FUNCTIONS”
• 8.2. Click on “CONFIGURATION”
• 8.3. Select the “Synchronization” tab
• 8.4. Scroll down to User
• 8.5. Click on “Schedule synchronization”
• 8.6. Mark the Checkpoint “Complete Synchronization”
• 8.7. Confirm with a click on “OK”

9. Logout your Admin User

The User should now be able to Repost receipts without permission.
