Permissions missing

Hi experts,

we uploaded the first contacts and subscriptions via CSV into the SAP Marketing Cloud. Following we tested the Opt-Out and -In like the following: After the Newsletter arrived we Opt-Out - erverything goes fine. We tried to Opt-In again via LandingPage and the following happens

So the Permissions are missing and we just get the Subscription. It just happens like this when we Opt-Out before. Does anyone know what goes wrong?

Hello,

ideally permissions should always be displayed - either there is an explicit permission record available, or the implicit permission is calculated.

My understanding from the screenshots is that marketing area seperation is enabled in the tenant - therefore please make sure that the underlying contact is uploaded with marketing area information, otherwise the permissions cannot be calculated. Once marketing area seperation is enabled, only permissions (and communication data) with marketing area information is considered. Please refer to the following KBA for further information:

Is your landing page linked to a Marketing Area?

On top of your "permissions" table there is a filter "marketing area".

However it shows only actual marketing areas.

In case you have an optin on marketing area "blank", it is not shown in this table...

you could check in a cds view or in a segmentation model if the permission is in your database on "blank" marketing area.

Yes, the landing page is lilnked to the correct Marketing Area. And the contact is linked to the Marketing Area, too.

If I enter the direct filter of my marketing area, I do not see any entries.

In the confirmation mail I have checked all settings and the correct marketing area and newsletter assignment is set everywhere.

The error does not occur until the contact has clicked on the confirmation link.

After our test, we know that the contact still receives the newsletter for which he has subscribed, even without permission.

When I change the view of the table, it says "There are no explicit permissions available.".

Is it possible that only the explicit permissions are displayed in the table? Or are pre-permissions also displayed here?
