Hello!
Probably someone know the answer for the following issue:
is it possible to get results in the Performance tab of campaigns if I have custom interaction types?
For example, I have a custom campaign "Send using Viber messager" with relevant interaction types (VIBER_OUTBOUND, VIBER_HARD_BOUNCE, VIBER_DELIVERED and so on). How can I get the results for this campaign in Performance? It's just empty

Thanks!

Hi Sergey, perhaps... As I am "only write" the documentation and don't do any coding, I just can guess. For me it sounds like a missing link between euther between the interaction type and a campaign ID or a campaign category and a campaign ID. Also I found the following topic Creating Custom OData Fields for Campaign Success Data https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/1908.500/en-US/d590651dd5774df19b2f19eb...

Hello, Janina!
I guess if I add a custom field as Campaign Performance Target Measure it'll be visible for every type of campaign available in the system. But I want to get this fields (actually, it's type of interactions, for example, VIBER_DELIVERED) visible for a specific campaign. Do you know what I mean?
Best regards, Sergey
