Performance issue for ClassLoader and Logging with AWS

Hi Experts,

we have a hybris setup with AWS. During load testing we faced performance issues regarding the logger and the class loader. Some of the requests had an execution time of about 30 seconds! The hot spots of these requests were logging or class loading:

de.hybris.platform.util.logging.log4j2.HybrisLog4j2Logger:logMessage:57

de.hybris.bootstrap.loader.YURLClassLoader:findResource:168

Do you have any suggestions how to solve this?
