Perform Inital Load between Hybris Cloud for Customer and Hybris Marketing (On-Premise)

Dear Experts,

we try to replicate Business Partners from C4C to yMKT (On-Premise on ABAP Foundation) via HCI and Basic Authentication. We followed the steps in the common integration guide 1702 on SAP Help Portal. The Connectivity Tests inside the HCI were successfull (see Attachments).

Now we want to perform the inital data load from C4C to yMKT (see Attachments). Therefore we used the feature "Extract Data to External System" in C4C. But nothing happend in HCI and C4C Monitoring or yMKT Data Management. I would be happy if there was any kind of error log or something else to solve the problem.

We also tried to perform a Data Load from yMKT to C4C to check the connection in general, but the known reports from our CRM to C4C Integration (who works) do not exist in the seperate yMKT GUI.

I also noticed that in the yMKT GUI no RFC-Calls to C4C were generated (as in the CRM system happened in the past), altough the Configuration in the Technical Configuration Cockpit for C4C was successfully passed.

I think it´s a simple issue, but I don´t know how to perform a initial data load from C4C to yMKT beside the "Extract Data to External System".

Are there some other ways to replicate the master data?

Or are there common mistakes that I overlook?

Hi,

can you check if the Communication Arrangement is configured and activated?
Once activated you should see outbound messages in the Web Service Monitoring.

Double Check the Outbound Communication Arrangement and run a connection test from there.

thank you very much for your answer.

I checked the things you told me and perform the connection test inside of the outbound communication arrangement.

Now I get an error Message in the HCI Monitoring. (Yeah! 😉 ) You see the error log in the attachment.

Do you know what happened? I don´t know the meaning of the message with regard to the integration because there shouldn´t be any GET or POST Errors from the standard functionality?!

it send a HEAD request first. You can add a router and add a condition expression to route the message based on the http method used in the request. Route the HEAD request to an end event to response with a success response.
