Hello,

We are trying to install pepper plugin (PepperPlugin_17.1-2.6.3) on SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 (FP06 PL01 ver 2.6.3)

When we put it on C:\SapCustomerCheckout\cco\POSPlugins\AP directory the CCO got stuck.

When we remove it out from the AP directory the CCO runs but the plugin does not appear in the Plug-ins tab in the CCO off course.

Probably an inappropriate plugin version

Are you familiar with this ? We need to solve this quickly.

Hello,

There are several potential issues unfortunately which can cause this. Below are the most common issues that partners are generally facing.
Kindly check if one of these helps you to resolve the problem.

  1. Pepper is not correctly installed, e.g. pepperJNI.jar, pepper.dll, pepperJNI.dll
  2. Pepper libraries are in 32-bit version with a 64-bit Java version or the other way around
  3. There are multiple Java versions installed and Pepper is not installed in the Java version used with CCO.

A step by step screenshot based approach to install and use Pepper with SAP Customer Checkout in explained in the below learning material in PartnerEdge.
