Hello experts,
I need help to understand if in the Make to stock model there is a way to relate the Sales Order to the Stock, is this possible?
The systems I am using are ECC and APO.
I tried to do the Pegging in APO and it didn't work.
Is there any possible configuration on the ECC side or the APO side?
Is there a transaction that shows the relationship Sales Order, Process Order an Stock?
By table can I obtain information about the relationship between Sales Order, Process Order and Stock?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
In the Make to stock model there is no way to relate the Sales Order to the Stock in standard SAP.
You have to be in MTO make to order environment, where your demand (like- sales order) are pegged with supply (like - production/process order).
And with Individual and collective indicator in MRP 2 view you can very well control the MTO scenario at FG level only and component can be make to stock. And COOISPI report and CAUFV table gives you all required details.

Hi Fernando
1) I need help to understand if in the Make to stock model there is a way to relate the Sales Order to the Stock, is this possible
Ans)In MTS Strategies ( 10,11.30.40) Finished Product is not linked to the Sales Order.
Where as in the case of MTO Strategies ( Like 20 & 50) Production Order is linked to the Sales Order & the Finished Goods are posted to the Sales Order Stock( Special Stock) ( Can Check with T Code : COOIS/COOISPI)

2) Is there a transaction that shows the relationship Sales Order, Process Order an Stock?
Ans)You can try with T Code : MB51, for the selected Material, which will show the details of the Sales Order, Production/Process Order/Stock associated with it. Take a look of the attached screen shot

3)By table can I obtain information about the relationship between Sales Order, Process Order and Stock?
Ans ) You can try with the Table : MATDOC, to get the above mentioned data form the Data base
Please find the attached screen shot

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know, for any further assistance required, else reward the points & close the thread.
Thanks & Regards : Raj
