Payment Error (SAP Customer Checkout manager - Mobile Order)

I have been working with SAP Customer Checkout manager - Mobile Order.

Locations, events, items, assortments, and payment providers have been configured. In the web app you can already see the items with price. However, when you go to the shopping cart to pay, the amount appears as zero. I have tried to search for information but I cannot find it and I have followed the steps of the SAP guide.

Is your CCO manager on the latest version (2.0 FP12 PL07). If yes, please report it as a support incident to us. We will then take care of it.

I have upgraded Sap CCO Manager and now its in 2.0 FP12 PL07. However the problem is the same. I supose that I will report it as a support incident.

Yes, the country and region settings are correct, but I still get the same problem.I 'm even using the latest version: 2.0 FP13 PL01
