Pay with a gift card

Hi,

When paying with Gift Card, the entire value of the gift card is used for the payment, even, if the total of the receipt is lower than the gift card value

I don't find the setting to pay with a gift card without clearing the gift card.

Please help me with this point to solve the issue.

Hello,

In the CCO, there is a parameter "Always Redeem Entire Gift Card", when it is enabled, the entire gift card value is entered automatically when a gift card of this type is used as payment.
If the parameter is disabled, the remaining amount will remain in the gift card and can be used in a next transaction.

The parameter is available in the CCO under Configuration > Sales > Article ID of Gift Card.

Access the SAP Customer Checkout monitor and check the status of the transaction.
Is the transaction inconsistent?
If yes, what is the message error?

Dear Support,

the parameter is disabled, but if the gift card is 100€ and I have to pay my transaction 75€, the balance on the card is well recorded in CCO but the AR Invoice and the incoming payment are not registered in SBO.

Have you an idea for this issue ?
