Dear team,
For a week now the CCO Manager Password seems to lock itself.
The validation is set to infinite (never expire), but I constantly need to do recover to change it. I have already stopped the user management on all POS terminals because I needed to know if it is one of the machines that is causing this to lock, but so far no change.
This is strange, but quite annoying because it starting to have an effect on the other functions of the POS.
Request clarification before answering.

Maybe one CCO POS is configured with an incorrect password in the Integration settings.
Configuration > Integration > SAP Customer Checkout Manager
Check the configuration under the Webservice endpoint and check if the connection is executed successfully.

Dear Clayton,
would it be possible to create an incident? If you create it with the SAP Business One Launchpad, then use SBO-INT-CCO, if you open the incident directly from SAP Service Marketplace, please use IS-SE-CCO.
Please provide us the version of the SAP Customer Checkout manager and the relevant SAP Customer Checkout. Also provide us the logfiles from SAP Customer Checkout manager and more details if possible.
