Hi Experts,
How does the C4C system determine account/customer/ship to party from registered products ? Does system support ? If yes, how do we configure it ?

Hi Damo,
Yes, party determination for ticket from RP is supported and you can maintain party determinations under the Business Configuration activity "Tickets for Customer Support"->Maintain Involved parties, select the party role ex: Account then click on Maintain Determinations, here you can choose the relevant determinations.
