Partial payment + exact amount error

Hello all,

We are using 2.0 FP10 and have noticed the following behavior, which we think was not present some time ago:

Scenario:

1. Create a receipt by adding at least one item
2. Apply one partial payment (any payment type)
3. Try to pay the remainder of the receipt using the "exact payment" button

Expected outcome:

• The remaining open amount is applied as cash payment of the POS currency

Actual outcome:

• CCO gives an error message that says "the receipt is unbalanced" and the cash payment is not applied

Was this always supposed to work in this way or is this is a bug that we should report?

Hello Joerg,

This behavior is the same in the previous version (FP08, FP09).

You may consider the Influence Channel to post this idea.
