Partial delivery of orders

Hello,
I create a multiple line order in SAP Business One
My client is picking up some of the goods.
I create a ticket by changing the qty and canceling lines
The customer pays
I validate and update in SAP Business One is OK

the customer returns to look for the rest of his order
I can not reload the rest of the order
Message:
The sales document contains partially sold sales items.

How do you do it?

Hello,

I do not see it or is the technical constraint.
Just grab the current qty (openquantity) instead of the quantity

Is it possible to modify the scenario?

Hello Pierre,

What you describe is the known system behaviour: Loading of partially fulfilled sales order line items is not supported in SAP Customer Checkout.
