Hi,
in SAP Marketing I executed a campaign creating leads in C4C Sales.
This results in new Leads in C4C. The owners of the leards are set according to the configuration defined in territory management correctly. So far so good.
Now I run a second campaign in SAP Marketing for these leads creating tasks in C4C. These tasks get created correctly, but no owners are assigned (i.e. I see the leads assigned to me in C4C, but the tasks I do not. I only see them with the filtering set to "all tasks").
What Do I have to do that the owner of imported tasks is set to the owner of the corresponding lead automatically?
Regards
Christian

Hi,
the Tasks are assigned to a contact. I would assume that C4C realizes that this contact is a lead in C4C. So the task is assigned to this Lead. This seems to work, because, when I look at the account/contact assigned in C4C to the task, it looks to me like the Lead created in the first campaign.
But maybe I do not understand you correctly, because I am quite new to C4C.

Hi,
Since both campaigns are executed independently, how does the second campaign know that the task being created has to be linked to the owner of the corresponding lead? I dont think there is any linkage and therefore, it wont connect the two objects(tasks and lead)
