Owner Determination in Activity List

Dear Expert,

While creating Activity list in C4C, Option - "Owner Determination". available to assign the owner of each individual activity based on the account.

Please let me know which information from Account is fetched as owner ? It is something pulled out from Account Party role like - Account Team Member, Employee Responsible - Sales.

No matter , What option selected ( enabled/disabled -Owner Determination), Activities are created with same owner who created the Activity list.

The Owner is not maintained in the Account; the Employee Responsible is not equal the Owner in this case.
