Overriding popup in backoffice

Hi, I want to Remove /Disable Return delivery cost and "Item(s) Returned in Store" check boxes in Create Return request popup.i have written the zul file and the naming of the zul file is same as the id which i defined in definition.xml but still the changes made in this file is not reflecting in popup (As of now i copy pasted OOTB content and doing changes) .SO i have defined the tag still it is not working.Can you please let me know how to disable those popups Thanks
