We are a large company that operates in all US states. We are considering implementing the salary recovery solution AKA overpayment workbench and are looking for input from other employers who have been working with it . Since many states require employee permission to take money back, we clear claims manually with an off setting wage type. This is time consuming but we are wondering if the workbench would really save us time. Any input is appreciated.
